Tech Book Sharing Site

Someone needs to come up with a technology focused book sharing site. I'm tired of buying a $80 technical book, read some/most/all of it and then rarely pick it up again. I know in some cases these books are available at your local library, but I rarely find any of the technical books that I want to read at my local library or any of it's affiliated libraries.

Someone has to have the time/energey to put into this. As long as the books are there, I'd even pay a small fee per month or transaction just to use the site.
